Geum ‘Mandarin’

Large copper-orange flowers with ruffled petals appear on slender wiry stems above bushy, hairy green foliage from midsummer into September.
With its intense colour and larger flower size, this Geum always draws a crowd on our RHS Chelsea Flower Show display, Carol Klein loved it. Ideal for a hot themed border, it looks amazing planted in large groups, flowering its socks off for several months, if deadheaded regularly. It combines strikingly with jewel colours such as strong purples, pinks, reds and blues, but also with whites for a fresher look. Low maintenance, it will grow in most soils in sun or part shade.
